The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter
(PICC) will simply replace your current post-ignition catalytic
converter, increasing your mileage by up to 500% and reducing pollution by
over 80%! By breaking the existing fuel down from molecules to base elements, it becomes pure gas
vapors or "plasma".
Since water is
made up of hydrogen and oxygen, it too can be broken down into base
elements and mixed in to burn clean and efficiently in ANY
INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE!
Your
engine is currently only about 20% efficient. 80% of
your fuel is being wasted in the form of liquid gas being
only partially burned
by your engine and by waste heat blowing out

The
HAFC uses a number of technologies that have been
